By accessing and using Sunshine Gulf Delivery Services ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including riders, partners, and administrators accessing our fleet management platform.

As a user of our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information during registration • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials • Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations • Use the platform only for its intended purposes • Report any unauthorized access to your account immediately • Not share your login credentials with any third party

Riders using our platform must: • Maintain valid UAE driving license and required permits • Follow all traffic rules and regulations • Keep assigned vehicles in good condition • Report accidents, fines, or incidents promptly • Adhere to platform-specific delivery guidelines • Maintain professional conduct at all times • Wear appropriate safety gear while on duty

We are committed to protecting your personal information: • All data is encrypted and stored securely • We comply with UAE data protection regulations • Personal information is used only for service delivery • We do not sell your data to third parties • You can request access to or deletion of your data • Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information

Payment and financial terms: • Salaries are processed according to the agreed schedule • Deductions for fines, advances, and other charges will be documented • All financial transactions are recorded and auditable • Disputes must be raised within 7 days of salary processing • We reserve the right to recover damages from security deposits • Tax obligations are the responsibility of individual riders

Sunshine Gulf Delivery Services shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of income due to platform downtime • Third-party actions or negligence • Force majeure events beyond our control • Damages resulting from user's violation of these terms Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to or by the user in the preceding 3 months.
